- Data Handling: The add-in transmits data from your Alphacast account to Excel and does not store data. All imported data is stored within your Office 365 tenant or local environment.
- Cookies: The add-in uses cookies solely to enhance user experience. These cookies do not store personal data.
- Usage Tracking: The add-in tracks general usage statistics to improve the user experience. This tracking is not user-specific.
Our system is generally available 24/7. However, it may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance periods. We strive to minimize downtime and provide timely updates regarding system availability.
